StarrData is excited to announce that Adrienne Dale has joined us as our Chief Operating Officer!
Adrienne brings an extensive operations background in software and tech-related services businesses. Adrienne has worked with companies at all stages of growth: from early-stage startups to those achieving 75-year milestones. She has worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, with Fortune 500 businesses and multi-generation family-owned businesses. She boasts a track record of enabling growth and increasing value and valuation. Adrienne combines a focus on data-driven decision-making with a people- and customer-focus on high performance and customer loyalty. Through her decades of experience in C-level roles in Operations, IT, and Finance, she was “the customer” of companies like StarrData and Salesforce. This experience gives her a deep understanding of the goals and challenges experienced by StarrData’s clients.
Adrienne has worked in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2007, leading over a dozen enterprise-level implementations incorporating complex integrations and massive data migrations. She led professional services for a Salesforce.com app company and worked within Salesforce to document requirements for a Learning Management System on the platform.
