Case Study: Salesforce and Pardot Integration

We recently led a Pardot implementation project for a company who needed their marketing automation to be integrated with their Salesforce. They were having problems optimizing their previous marketing automation tool with Salesforce, and wanted to implement a tool that could easily and seamlessly work with Salesforce. They decided that a Salesforce and Pardot integration was the perfect solution.

Pardot easily connects with Salesforce and makes it straightforward for companies to integrate the two platforms. During the Salesforce and Pardot integration process, we set up the Salesforce/Pardot connector, mapped our client’s Salesforce custom fields to Pardot, and adjusted their lead and contact page layouts. Mapping fields to Pardot makes transferring leads that come through Pardot to Salesforce very easy, since it creates the same fields in Pardot that you have in Salesforce so that they can store the same information. Now with the Salesforce and Pardot integration set up, when new information comes to our client through Pardot, it is automatically synced to our client’s Salesforce, eliminating the need for them to manually sync the data.

A Salesforce and Pardot integration has the ability to simplify your business processes, like it did for our client. By syncing the two platforms together, the information your marketing team gathers is automatically relayed to your sales team, making it easy for both teams to work together.
