For $15.00 per user per month, your employees that are not using Salesforce can have access to the following Salesforce features:
- Read only access to Salesforce Accounts and Contacts
- Edit and Create access to 10 custom Salesforce objects
- The ability to use one custom Salesforce App
- Salesforce Dashboards and Reports
- Salesforce Answers and Ideas
- Installed AppExchange apps
- Salesforce Tasks and Activities
- Salesforce Calendars and Events
- Salesforce Workflow and Approvals
The Salesforce Chatter Plus License follows your existing sharing and security model so users will only have access to records they are allowed to see based on your sharing settings.
The cost savings can be dramatic if you have employees that only need to access custom objects or reports. You no longer need to have a full license for board members and other resources that just need to log in for reports!
